The Mystery of Docera, Xerox

Working with Hudson Creek Productions and Imero Fiorentino Associates, we created a multimedia production The Mystery of Docera, featuring “the history of the document” for Xerox’s Pavilion at the World's Fair in Seville, Spain.
As show designer I was responsible for the look of the show, and wound up doing both concept sketches as well as the working drawings for both the show and the post show display of historical documents. I also designed the look of the Docera audioanimatronic character (Sally Industries) and researched some of the effects for the show.
Working in New York City was quite the experience, as they like to play "hardball" in that city. If you want to test your mettle as a designer, work in that city, for it will teach and toughen you a lot. I recommend it.
